Debby Reuter

Women’s Health & Longevity Expert
Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach | Yoga Teacher I Founder

Debby Reuter is a Hamburg-based Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Health & Lifestyle Coach, and the founder of W.H.Y. Retreats and the women’s holistic health platform New Era of Me.

With a background in Lifestyle Medicine from Harvard Medical School, Debby’s work centers on supporting women—particularly through perimenopause and menopause—in cultivating strength, balance and long-term vitality. Her approach is science-informed, thoughtful and free from trends or extremes, translating complex knowledge around hormonal health, nutrition and well-aging into practices that are both refined and deeply practical.

In her retreats and teachings, Debby combines Jivamukti Yoga with subtle hands-on assists, functional strength training, breathwork and restorative elements. Her calm presence and precise guidance create an atmosphere of trust and ease—allowing women to move with awareness, build sustainable strength and reconnect with their inner resilience.

Debby’s work invites a slower, more intentional way of living—where strength is cultivated with care, and wellbeing becomes a lasting foundation rather than a fleeting pursuit.
