Together, we create space to nurture stillness within, cleanse and revitalize the body, and cultivate small

yet transformative habits in nutrition and daily rituals.

 

This retreat is a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you, setting a fresh, grounded foundation for the year ahead.

Through meditation, pranayama,  and carefully curated workshops, we’ll explore the underlying causes of tension, stagnation, and imbalance, supporting a comprehensive approach to healing that encompasses body, mind, and spirit.
