A day at the Retreat
Each day at the StrongHER Retreat follows a gentle rhythm—designed to support strength, balance and restoration, while leaving space for your own personal journey.
We invite you to become part of a like-minded community and a thoughtfully curated program, while also honoring moments of solitude, rest and a slower pace of life. The retreat offers structure without rigidity, allowing each day to unfold naturally in response to the group, the environment and the energy of the moment.
Movement practices, workshops and sessions are held with care and intention. At the same time, there is ample space to enjoy the spa, nature and quiet moments to yourself.
Please note that yoga classes, movement sessions and other activities may shift slightly due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Your openness and flexibility allow us to create the most aligned and nourishing experience possible.
